Customer, safety and prelaunch information.

These customer terms explain what a founding reservation does and does not do, which raw-milk claims this service avoids, which guidance it cites, and how optional analytics choices work.

This is editable prelaunch copy, not a declaration that legal or compliance review is complete.

What is the current legal notice?

Prelaunch reservation only. Delivery dates, product availability and payment activation are not confirmed. Final customer terms and required raw-milk notices remain subject to professional review.

What does founding membership mean?

Joining a founding route records a selected proposed plan and local demand. It does not take payment, confirm a delivery date or guarantee that a route will launch.

Does the service make health claims?

This service does not make medical, wellness or health-benefit claims about raw milk. Required approved warnings and acknowledgements must be finalised before live supply. The Food Standards Agency consumer guidance is the primary source for the raw-milk risk and vulnerable-group wording used on this site.

How do optional analytics and browser storage work?

If you accept analytics, we store a 90-day first- and most-recent campaign attribution cookie plus random browser and session identifiers. We use those to count landing visits, postcode checks, future-area interest registrations and founding reservations by campaign. If configured, the same consent also enables PostHog as an analytics processor.

Analytics properties exclude names, email addresses, mobile numbers, street addresses and full postcodes. You can decline or withdraw without affecting postcode checks, reservations or your account. A separate preference cookie remembers your choice for 180 days.

Care guide

Milk safety & storage.

Raw milk needs careful cold storage. The producer-approved instructions and use-by date on every bottle will always take precedence.

Important raw-milk information

This milk has not been heat-treated and may therefore contain organisms harmful to health.

The Food Standards Agency advises that raw or unpasteurised milk should not be consumed by people aged 65 or over, pregnant women, infants and small children, or people with a compromised immune system such as cancer patients.

Refrigerate straight away

Put bottles in the fridge as soon as you receive them, keep them below 5°C and keep them sealed.

Follow every use-by date

Follow the use-by date and storage instructions on every bottle. Do not consume milk after its use-by date, even if it looks or smells normal.

Freeze only when directed

Only freeze milk if the final producer-approved bottle instructions say it is suitable. Freeze it on the day of delivery, thaw it in the fridge and follow the bottle's post-defrost instructions.
